Black Goat is a chef-driven culinary project by award-winning chef + designer duo Derek Ronspies and Cat Biggar.

Part test kitchen, part supperclub, Black Goat is a place to experiment, gather and eat something you haven’t eaten before.

Our Test Kitchen is where every dinner begins. It’s where we break the rules, play with our food and transform seasonal ingredients and global inspiration into new dishes. The ideas are always evolving—no static menu, no corporate recipes and no repeats.

Our Supperclub is where those ideas come to the table. Guests gather for an intimate, multi-course dining experience designed entirely by the chefs. There is no menu to choose from. Simply take your seat, trust us and let the evening unfold.
